Right of Withdrawal

ECOMSS (trading as Alorya's Mirrors), is a French-registered company (RCS Créteil 990 011 546) selling to UK consumers. For UK customers, your statutory rights are fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

In accordance with these regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide any reason.

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
  • The product must be in a resaleable, as-new condition to allow it to be placed back on the market.
  • The original purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you may request an exchange or a full refund. Please contact us by email at support@aloryamirrors.com, attaching photographs of the issue identified, to allow us to process your request as quickly as possible.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund. During the first 30 days from delivery, you are entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

Return Procedure

In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly described item, return shipping costs will be fully covered by Alorya's Mirrors. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return postage costs upon receipt of proof of postage.

Please do not send any returns without prior written confirmation from our customer service team. Returns sent without authorisation may not be processed.

Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary between 7 and 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, refunds for faulty goods will be processed within 14 days of us agreeing that you are entitled to a refund.

Original outbound delivery charges will be refunded in cases where the item is faulty or not as described. In cases of a standard change-of-mind return, original delivery charges are non-refundable.


Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
