Delivery Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours by our team (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Alorya's Mirrors delivers to the following countries: United Kingdom

Our standard delivery times are between 7 and 10 business days.

Estimated total delivery time: 8 to 12 business days (processing + transit)

Order processing cut-off time: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm (GMT+1, Paris time)

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will then be sent once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

The choice of carrier may vary depending on the weight, quantity, and availability of products, the total basket value, and the destination country.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £69. For orders under £69, a flat delivery fee of £4.99 applies. All shipments are tracked and you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel easily at any time.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aloryamirrors.com, attaching photographs of the damaged parcel and/or item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery. However, if damage occurred during transit, the Seller bears full responsibility and will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
